Each *Premium A5 Wagyu Beef we purchase is aged in a low-temperature refrigerator for about two weeks to fully enhance its flavor before being served. The Fillet steake is Chateaubriand, which is extremely rare, and is so tender that you can even cut it with chopsticks.

Kanisuki is a type of hot pot dish and delicious way to enjoy our Snow Crab.
The stock is prepared every morning with bonito and flavored with white soy sauce, and then cooked with Snow Crab and vegetables to create a phenomenal harmony. The most enjoyable part is the final Zosui-rice porridge cooked with tasty broth from the crustacean shells.

This rice dish is cooked in a traditional Japanese earthenware pot, with a delicious Snow Crab stock. The recipe comes from fishermen and farmers in Hyogo Prefecture who used to make Snow Crab dishes as home cooking.
